1. General Agreement

By booking or participating in any services provided by Doodles, you thereby

agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms shall be applicable to

all services provided by Doodles, including but not limited to hydrotherapy,

massage, child spa treatments, hair styling, makeup, and birthday/party event

hosting.

2. Nature of Services

All the services provided by Doodles are non-medical, non-clinical, and

therapeutic in nature. Our offerings are only intended to soothe, relax, and

comfort children and are not substitutes for any medical or psychological

treatment. We encourage Parents/Guardians to consult a pediatrician if their

child has any specific health conditions or developmental concerns prior to

participation.

3. Services Offered

We at Doodles, offer the following categories of services:-

a. Infant & Child Wellness Services that include Hydrotherapy, baby spa baths,

infant massage, and sensory play. These services are non-medical in nature and

are not a substitute for physiotherapy, medical care, or diagnostic procedures.

All services are carried out by qualified and trained professionals experienced in

working with infants and young children.

b. Spa Services for Kids that include Gentle facials, skin-friendly treatments,

kids’-manicures/pedicures etc., which are specially curated for children, offering

a fun and relaxing experience. We use only child-safe, hypoallergenic, and non-

toxic products that are carefully selected to be gentle on young, sensitive skin.

c. Hair & Makeup for Children

Hair styling and child-friendly makeup for fun, parties, or photoshoots. All

products used are chemical-free, non-toxic, and specially chosen to be gentle on

sensitive skin, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for your child.d. Parties & Events

We host themed birthday parties, spa parties, and group events especially

designed for children. These activities may include nail painting, massage

sessions, storytelling, sensory play and creative crafts under staff supervision, to

ensure a fun, safe and memorable experience for children.

4. Eligibility & Health Disclosures

Our services are designed exclusively for children between the ages 0 to 12

years. Parents/Guardians are required to disclose any/all health conditions

which includes, but not limited to, allergies, skin sensitivities, or behavioural

concerns prior to the commencement of sessions. We reserve the right to refuse

or discontinue the service at any time, if a child’s condition is deemed to pose a

health or a safety risk to themselves or others during the sessions.

5. Parent/Guardian Consent

A duly signed Parental or Guardian Consent Form is required in prior to the

provision of any services at Doodles. Parents may be required to be present on-

site or accompany their children during the session, just to ensure the child’s

comfort and safety purpose.

6. Safety, Hygiene & Supervision

Every equipment is sanitized before and after each use, and water used for

hydrotherapy is filtered and temperature-controlled to ensure child safety. The

staff here at Doodles are well trained & certified professionals including infant

massage therapists, spa attendants and first-aid responders, who undergo

background verification to ensure the child-safe environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Doodles, its staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, allergic

reactions, or emotional responses arising from services provided, except in cases

of proven gross negligence. The participation of the child in the activities is

voluntary and at the discretion of the Parent/Guardian.

8. Medical Emergencies

In case of any medical emergencies, immediate first aid shall be provided and

emergency services shall be contacted upon the necessity. The Parent/Guardian

shall be notified immediately and any medical expenses will be borne by the

Parent/Guardian.

9. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund

or free rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be charged

in full. Party/Event bookings require a non-refundable advance payment and at

least 72 hours' notice for any changes.

10. Photography & Promotions

Photos or videos may be taken during services for promotional use on social

media, website, or brochures. Consent shall be obtained from the client(s)

through the ‘Parental Consent Form’. No images shall be used without prior

permission.

11. Conduct & Behaviour

Children are expected to behave in a manner that ensures their safety and the

comfort of others. Aggressive, unsafe, or destructive behaviour may result in

immediate termination of the session without refund. Parents/Guardians are

responsible for any damage caused by their child to property or equipment.

12. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We at Doodles value your privacy. Hence, all the personal and medical

information provided to us is kept confidential and shall be used solely for

service delivery and safety. Unauthorized recording of photos or videos by

clients/parents/guardians/visitors is strictly prohibited on the premises to

protect the privacy of all children and families. This includes capturing staff,

other clients, or any part of the facility without prior permission from Doodles

management. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws and child

privacy regulations.

13. Governing Law

In the event of any dispute, including any violation of the aforementioned terms

and conditions, both the parties agree to first attempt resolution of the dispute

amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred either to the Arbitration in

accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from
